1. SPONSORING
   Any event, project, campaign, outreach or promotion that does not promote anything contrary to Christianity or Christian Family Values will qualify for Sponsorship Dollars.
   
   Any item that provides an opportunity for print form exposure. 
   If it is such that the item to be sponsored is suitable for imprint we will provide Sponsorship Dollars.  Gospelbiz exposure on the item is not required to receive Sponsorship Dollars. 
    
2. TIMELINE
   Request for Co-op Sponsorship Dollars that is received in our office via online form submitted 30 days prior to the actual date of the event, project, campaign, outreach or promotion.
    
3. SPONSORSHIP PROCESS
   You must provide a quote or invoice from a 3rd party business/vendor for each item you want to be sponsored.  Fax your past invoice or quote to 972-820-6419.
    
4. SPONSORSHIP VALUE
   Gospelbiz uses advertising dollars as sponsorship dollars, therefore the amount of sponsorship dollars allocated
   is based on the perceived value of the product or advertising exposure.  The following categories are evaluated as follows:
   The larger the Quantity the larger the sponsorship.
   The higher the Quality the higher the sponsorship.
   The greater the Market the greater the sponsorship.
   The more the Longevity the more the sponsorship.
   Considering the above values our sponsorship dollars will vary from 20% to 50%. 
    
5. REQUIREMENT
   We retain the option to procure the items we are sponsoring.  Since we provide sponsorship for ministries across the United States and abroad it is important that we retain this procurement option so we can make sure our Sponsorship Dollars are purchasing the items that are requested and those items maintains our standard of quality and excellence.  When applicable, this process will also assure that our name is placed on the item as a sponsor when pre-approved by the entity that is receiving the sponsorship dollars. 
    
6. EXPOSURE
   If it is an event it must be posted on Gospelbiz at: www.gospelbiz.com/add_listing.asp prior to final approval for sponsorship funding.

 
 NOTE: The following are our sponsorship limitations. 

1. We do not provide sponsorship for any item that is already under contract.
2. We do not provide sponsorship for any item that is already purchased.
3. We do not provide sponsorship for perishables.
4. We do not provide sponsorship for anything that is not tangible past one day.
5. We do not provide sponsorship for Food, Airline Tickets, Travel, Hotels etc.
6. We do not provide 100% Sponsorship.
7. We do not provide sponsorship dollars for more than 50% of the cost.  Our sponsorship dollars will vary from 20% to 50% of entire quote. 
8. Graphic design work for items we are sponsoring, we will provide from 50% up to 100% of our normal graphic design fee.
9. We do not provide sponsorship for UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other freight charges.
10. We provide sponsorship only, we do not finance your portion of the items you are purchasing.
11. We do not provide sponsorship for items that are not provided by a 3rd party.
12. No sponsorship dollars for items created by you.
